This is the new video for the track off of the self titled EP by Ange.Mac + Shaun Garea; Into the Day.
This was put together during lockdown in 2021 and has finally seen the light of day. Slow and methodical, it still contains knights, forests, campfires, oh my. Lots to sink your teeth into!

Estrata's first short that played internationally. Shot predominantly in the Isaac Theatre royal Christchurch circa 2005 (ish) the film premiered at Rialto Cinemas Christchurch.
What happens to an idea when people stop believing in it? Would you give the devil his due?
Featuring music from the American experimental hip hop group Dälek (Thankyou to Greg at Ipecac Recordings)
The film was toured nationally and also screened at the Dunedin Fringe festival.
Straight out of school this was Garea's (and thusly Estrata's) first independent short film. Funded in part by Creative Communities NZ and pieced together over a couple of months Hells Gate is an homage to terrible horror films and some good ones too.
Bad editing, terrible fights, and awful acting. Check, check, check.
Hells Gate wont win any awards but it was an incredibly fun project to make.
It actually had a DVD release and sold out and screened at the Christchurch Art Gallery, so fancy that.
